1. By using www.cmatch.com you agree to be legally bound by these terms, which shall take effect immediately after you certify that you read, understand and agree to abide to these terms. 3. cMatch may change these terms at any time by posting changes online. Please review these terms regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes made by cMatch. Your continued use of www.cmatch.com after changes are posted means you agree to be legally bound by these terms as updated and/or amended.

4. You agree that you are at least 16 (sixteen) years of age, that you're a committed Christian who believes that salvation (forgiveness of sins) is available only by the grace of God through the blood of Jesus Christ, and that you have no other active cMatch account.

5. If you are not of legal age (depending on your legal jurisdiction) you certify that you requested and received permission from your legal guardian(s) before joining cMatch, disclosing to them the nature and purpose of cMatch.

6. Your membership, www.cmatch.com and all other cMatch services are provided "As-is". cMatch assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or profiles, nor does cMatch guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. In addition, you must provide and are responsible for all equipment necessary to access www.cmatch.com.

7. You understand and agree that cMatch makes the information/content you provide for your profile publicly accessible on www.cmatch.com. This includes (among other things) your photos, location, age, gender, profile multiple choice answers and essay answers. You grant cMatch all necessary worldwide, royalty-free and non-exclusive license(s) to do so.

8. You agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the membership registration form and (b) maintain and promptly update your profile to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or cMatch has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, cMatch has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of www.cmatch.com.

9. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify cMatch of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. cMatch cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.

10. You acknowledge that cMatch may or may not pre-screen content, but that cMatch the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to pre-screen, refuse, or move any content that is available via www.cmatch.com. Without limiting the foregoing, cMatch has the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable.

11. cMatch provides you with access to (among others) resources, member profiles, content created by third parties (other members) and tools to communicate with other members. While cMatch strives to keep www.cmatch.com clean and safe, you understand that all materials provided by cMatch members, whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from whom it originated. cMatch cannot guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of this member initiated content. Under no circumstances will cMatch be liable in any way for any of this member initiated content, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, e-mailed, transmitted or otherwise made available via www.cmatch.com, or member initiated content that may be considered offensive, indecent or objectionable.

12. You agree to take normal precautions while reading content provided by cMatch members, communicating with cMatch members and/or meeting cMatch members in person. You agree to indemnify and hold cMatch harmless from any claims of damage resulting from any introduction.

13. You agree to contact cMatch staff as soon as possible when you discover content on www.cmatch.com violating these terms, or if you have reason to believe certain members are violating these terms.

14. You agree to not use www.cmatch.com and/or your cMatch membership to: (a) upload, post, e-mail, transmit or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable; (b) harm minors in any way; (c) impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a cMatch staff member, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity; (d) forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any content transmitted through www.cmatch.com; (e) upload, post, e-mail, transmit or otherwise make available any content that you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements); (f) upload, post, e-mail, transmit or otherwise make available any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party; (g) upload, post, e-mail, transmit or otherwise make available any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail", "spam", "chain letters", "pyramid schemes" or any other form of solicitation; (h) upload, post, e-mail, transmit or otherwise make available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment; (i) disrupt the normal flow of dialogue, cause a screen to "scroll" faster than other users of www.cmatch.com are able to type, or otherwise act in a manner that negatively affects other users' ability to engage in real time exchanges; (j) interfere with or disrupt www.cmatch.com or servers or networks connected to www.cmatch.com, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to www.cmatch.com; (k) intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law; (l) "stalk" or otherwise harass other users; and/or collect or store personal data about other users in connection with the prohibited conduct and activities set forth in the paragraphs above; (m) in general display un-Christian conduct in the broadest sense towards any of the cMatch members or cMatch staff, because you realize you're a Christian and you wish to act upon that and accept your responsibilities as such.

15. You agree that cMatch may, under certain circumstances and without prior notice, immediately terminate your cMatch membership and access to www.cmatch.com. Cause for such termination includes, but is not limited to: (a) breaches or violations of these terms; (b) requirements by law or court order of competent jurisdiction; (c) a request by you (self-initiated account deletions); (d) discontinuance or material modification to www.cmatch.com (or any part thereof); (e) unexpected technical or security issues or problems; (f) extended periods of inactivity; (g) engagement by you in fraudulent or illegal activities; and/or (h) nonpayment of any fees owed by you in connection with cMatch. Further, you agree that all terminations for cause shall be made in cMatch's sole discretion and that cMatch shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your membership account or access to www.cmatch.com.

16. If you wish to resign from cMatch, cMatch agrees to honor your request (sent from the contact form while logged in, or sent from the e-mail address linked to your account) swiftly and confirm your resignation.

17. You agree that, after your resignation from cMatch or termination of your account by cMatch staff, your account and communication logs will be stored on cMatch servers for a maximum period of one year after your account's last activity. However, your profile will not be accessible for other members or website visitors, nor will cMatch send you any self-initiated communications. Exception to the latter might be bulletins/notifications regarding security and safety issues that cMatch finds of personal importance to you.

18. You understand and agree that www.cmatch.com may contain advertisements and that these advertisements are necessary for cMatch to provide you with this service. Your correspondence or business dealings with, or participation in promotions of, advertisers found on or through www.cmatch.com, including payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such advertisers. You agree that cMatch shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such advertisers on www.cmatch.com.

19. You understand and agree that cMatch membership may include certain communications from cMatch, such as service announcements, administrative messages and newsletters, and that you may not be able to opt out to all communication unless you terminate your membership.

20. All payments you decide to make to cMatch are final. You understand and agree cMatch will not reimburse or refund (part) of your payment, even if your account is (being) terminated by you or by cMatch. Moreover, you understand and agree cMatch will not reimburse or refund (part) of your payment if cMatch fails to live up to your expectations or experiences a decline in member accounts and/or activity.
